Our shipping will always be free, and takes between 15-20 days worldwide.

General Returns

You may initiate the return of an item within 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund. No returns will be accepted outside of the 30 day period. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse (less actual shipping costs incurred by us). Naturally, if the return is due to our error, we will bear the shipping costs.
To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
Must be in resalable condition
Must be free of scratches and/or defects
Must not have been installed
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.
